The sales team kept some deals in Excel alongside Bitrix24 because the system was set up chaotically. We rebuilt the pipelines and automated the routine work.

Bitrix24 had technically been rolled out, but the sales pipelines didn’t match the real process, some managers kept tracking deals in Excel in parallel, and automation was practically absent — notifications, tasks and reminders were all set manually.

What we did

We rebuilt the sales pipelines to match the company’s actual process, set up automatic tasks and notifications at every deal stage, and integrated email and telephony into a single interface. We trained the managers on the updated system.

Result

Every deal now lives in Bitrix24, and the parallel Excel tracking is gone. Managers spend less time on routine work and stop losing customers at pipeline handoffs.
